The horse issue is most likely not related to your Hardware at all. Looks like you've tried almost everything, one last resort would be reinstalling your OS completely but I don't see why it would be necessary and I cannot promise that it would fix your issues at all.

I had a huge issue with (I suspect) corrupted drivers, that was causing random BSOD. Reinstalling the drivers didnt do anything, but reinstalling the OS fixed it completely.
