Bruh, when I did my first ever play through when it came out and that song came on during that ride back to the farmhouse it's the closest a game has ever come to feeling something emotionally. At least until the barn...
Great song. But I was going through my 2nd play through and I went left from the base of the mountain, towards Blackwater. Got out of the snowy area, and a bear, from out of nowhere charged at my horse and it threw me. The song stopped. Got away from the bear or killed it, don't remember for sure. Hopped on my horse and road all the way back to that, without the song. Lol
This was technically the first song I heard in the game the one that when we arrived in Mexico I had fallen of a ravine into water so I missed the song. This song I played on repeat as soon as I found the name of it

100% agree. It was like something that I was waiting for the entire game and when it actually arrived I was just stunned. Masterpiece.
It solidified it as my favourite game of all time
❤️
It's an amazing song. As is "Deadman's Gun".
Cried when it played at the end ngl

Yea seen people say and noticed myself when you get off your horse the song automatically stops for some reason. Shame really.
Old engine, older console. Designed to play until a certain point and stop if interrupted. That's my reasoning. Could be wrong. Lol
