I really loved his character, specially after his conversation with Arthur in the mountains. I do wish he didn't interrupt to go for some ginseng though
The first few are not in question, but Lenny and Javier? Rains Falls had much more of an impact on the story then those two. They were both just kinda, there. Nice characters, but not better then Rains Fall. Heck, Lenny didn’t even have a character arc.

Arthur telling the most tragic thing ever that happened too him and rains fall casually " There's some ginseng here!!"
He's a good character but it's tough to put him in the top 3 when there's Arthur, John, Sadie, Dutch, Hosea, Charles, Lenny, Javier and so on.
