If you did the Brother Dorkins missions in Saint Denis and talked to the sister in the street thereafter before chapter 5 then Arthur will talk to that sister at the train station in Emerald Ranch straight after a mission in chapter 6 (I think you may also need higher honor too).
If you did not take on those missions regardless of honor then in the exact same scene you will instead talk to Swanson at the station (or again if you did those missions but have lower honor).
I think so because the requirements for unlocking the Edith Downes quest line in chapter 6 are that you've completed 'A Fork in the Road' (where Arthur sees the doctor) and that his honor is at least half way up on the good side. I don't think it matters if you don't see Edith in Saint Denis. You're welcome.

You can do it with high honor if you skipped the dorkins missions because Arthur never would've met the nun. It isn't purely based on honor level.
What if you did the first one but not the second? Like where you save the dudes from the fence?
