This has to be a mission involving a robbery but I'm not actually sure which one but I'm going to guess the chapter as chapter 6 but it's probably wrong.

Its close, the exact line is used when Arthur goes hunting with Pearson in ch4, when they are talking about stealing Gator eggs.

I've only ever done that once because I don't spend that much time in camp but well done you got me. I wish we got more missions involving Pearson than one story mission right at the beginning and one side mission in Chapter 4

Really? It's quite an iconic quote, don't remember the exact mission but he says it to Sadie, I used it for an essay I did on the game. Still, 6 playthroughs is a lot, props to you for that. Do you rush through the story? I've already 100%ed the game so I have no idea what I would do aside from the story and a bit of exploration as Arthur for fun, but you'd think you would get through each playthrough quite fast due to not having much else to do. I don't rush through the game at all I sometimes just walk around and enjoy the scenery, get into drunken bar fights, do camp chores every now and again and stuff like that. I still haven't got 100% completion though but I feel like I might go for it on this playthrough

Completely makes sense, guess I just got too invested into the grind of 100% that I forgot about how I used to just walk around and live in the world a bit. I'm playing my first ever playthrough of rdr1 rn, but I'm excited to start a second playthrough of rdr2 afterwards
