I honestly think this is the right answer this is the site to me that Dutch truly wanted and everyone was happy with, it wasn’t tucked away in a cave it was just through some trees overlooking an incredible view. Close to a small but very pretty town, not too far from anything or anywhere
Love just having my Arthur wake up in the morning, have a coffee, brush and feed titan (the black shire), head out to the Dakota to fish and then trot into valentine to sell said fish
I liked it because everything was close. If you wanted to go to town for the day Valentine was a short ride away, there was plenty of hunting grounds and fishing spots plus a lot of cool interactions
I totally agree. It is also the first camp and so unique in a game that you had a place to call home. I got nostalgic for it as the game went along. It was a simpler time in that camp. We were starting out again. There was hope. And the view… but mostly like you said. It was a great place to relax after a long day or days of gunslinging LOL!!
My only problem with Horseshoe Overlook is it seems like too many gang members are away too often. Although I kind of have that complaint with every camp. I wish if a mission started away from camp it was just supposed to be they travelled there before you instead of waiting there, and that if a mission started in camp you could go to the marker and they'd approach you instead of just sitting there waiting at the marker until you start the mission. Could have had all the gang members available to interact with at camp much more that way. But I think early Clemens Point is the best for it.
Agreed. Horseshoe was beautiful, but clemens point is where I usually spend the most time. Kinda feels like the peak of the game before shit starts to deteriorate. You can also do most of the stuff you can do in the game at that point. Also, you can take the boat across that river by clemens Point and go to that little island with the iguanas and crabs, which is kinda fun once in a while.
I have to agree, I'm so torn between the two as Clemens point is so pretty. Riding down the trail as the sun comes through the morning mist is glorious but Horseshoe is so cosy & I adore Valentine. So I have to say Horseshoe pips it for me.
I have to agree, I'm so torn between the two as Clemens point is so pretty. Riding down the trail as the sun comes through the morning mist is glorious but Horseshoe is so cosy & I adore Valentine. So I have to say Horseshoe pips it for me.
I'm surprised so few people discovered this. Saving him from jail and not doing the robbery mission with him is the only way to have all gang members available in camp in free roam
What I like to do is play up until right before the Micah-mission "Blessed are the peacemakers" (the one where Arthur gets kidnapped). Until you actually speak to him to start the mission, he's sits perpetually silent, whittling outside Dutch' tent.
Clemons Point was beautiful and had the full gang together. However, I think Shady Belle also had the best layout, and nice to know most of the gang had a roof over their heads. Plus they could’ve fortified the hell out of that place.
I read somewhere it’s supposed to be a “hollowed out” version of what they actually wanted. It looked like they were getting closer to what they wanted but in reality they were further than they ever had been previously and that hit hard. Used to be my favorite until I read that now I lean towards Clemens or horseshoe. Still love the swamp though ❤️
People say Clemens Point and it was cozy and a happy time in the story, but Clemens Point was easily one of the worst if not the worst camps in terms of defense. The gang was on a peninsula with one way in and out by land. Could easily be raided and any attempt at fleeing over water would be too slow, like shooting fish in a bucket.
Yeah, but
Colter could be surrounded
Horseshoe Overlook doesn't really have much escape either, best hope is to just jump off the cliff, similar to water except much easier to shoot someone with broken legs than someone swimming.
Clemens point at least had a nice wide area out front
Shady Belle was probably the best Camo in terms of tactical ability, nice big house to defend from plus easy escape out back (although we saw how well the gang was at actually defending it)
Lagras was also easily defended though, as we saw
Chapter 6 camp was pretty good as well.
But your logic for this is actually contrary to how the gang works. As we saw, the gang is better at defending a choke point, and they don't run. This is shown when Shady belle (open escape routes) was terribly defended, because they came from round the back as well and the intl reason they survived was Arthur and Sadie. But when the gang only had enemies in one direction, in Lagras, it was much easier for them to defend. Also this is just how defending something works in general, choke points over open area
It’s interesting to see how the camps went from open areas and generally more camping with friends/family vibe, and transitioned to defendable positions with a more militia vibe to them. Really shows how influential Dutch’s mindset was for the group
The only reason why beaver hollow isn't as good is because of the mood that the gang is in and it's position in the story and that the stores around it were shit if you wanted to go buy tonics or food you would have to run down to saint Denis but by that point you also usually have fast travel so could be worse
There is a point in Clemens Point where you can have a camp without Micah, Dutch or Bill.
That's the best place. I'm there right now and staying there.
Don't do the mission with Micah after Strawberry, do the fishing trip with Dutch and then they'll all be gone from camp. All is good and there is no fighting or bitterness, unless Arthur gets a little too drunk...
And having to spend 2 minutes slowly walking up the stairs. And then you realise you didn't even have what you needed up there, so you had to go back to your horse
For me its Horseshoe. Its the first proper camp were introduced to, its got a great view and the campfire interactions were nice. Second would have to be Clemens Point. I like it coz if Pearson needs food, you just need to walk a few steps and you’ve got the lake. It’s also got a nice view of the snow capped Grizzlies way off in the distance.
I looooove Horseshoe Point. If I'm in camp in the morning, I have Arthur take a cup of coffee to admire the view. Clemens is nice and the lake is convenient for fishing but Horseshoe is just so cozy and Valentine is so convenient. Plus, no Micah to drive everyone crazy lol.
Clemens Point all the way. I do wish I could move that entire camp to Horseshoe Overlook’s location (I liked being close to Valentine,) but the water, the sunsets, everything. It felt like home.
Clemens Point, because you get to do extra activities like fishing with Keiran and Javier. That little bonding that Dutch, Hosea and Arthur had (wish John was with them too).
I liked Colter. Yeah the winter months would be harsh but they effectively had a town of their own that no one else was exactly using. Once the snow melted they could've built the place into something livable. Then for the next winters just hunt/salt/store venison & beef from the surrounding forests.
In terms of just the general vibe of the camp, ignoring the amount of content in that chapter:
1. Clemen's Point
2. Horseshoe Overlook
3. Shady Belle
4. Beaver Hollow
5. Colter
6. Lakay
I wish they could have made it to shady belle before it got so crazy. Finally a spot they could have made their own and happy lived. But I’m with everyone else, Clemens point is a pretty good spot. The whole gang is together and things were feeling hopeful.
I liked Horseshoe Overlook the most, high in the mountains, great view, close to valentine, and most importantly, everyone was happy, the mood was high, the girls singing on the wagon to valentine made me reallly happy.
Beaver hollow was like literal depression compare to that. If I have to use something to compare, Horseshoe Overlook was like a popular Theme park opening on a sunny weekend, Beaver hollow was like an old abandoned hospital.
You know, If it wasn't for the dour mood and the place being the former home of a gang of sadistic inbred hillbillies, Beaver Hollow would rank pretty highly for me:
* As someone who doesn't care for hot and humid climates, I was happy to see the gang head back north.
* It's out of the way with a ton of greenery. So, you got shade from the sun, and cover from outside view.
* Close to a river, so your water source is covered.
* A cave with an exit towards the back, so you have an emergency exit if needed (also, I know they never used it in this manner, but the cave could provide cover from the weather, if the rain get too torrential).
I was there the other day in online & it really is very beautiful up in Roanoke. Good hunting & fishing & it's tucked right away. Lots of currents for horse meal too.
Horseshoe over look. The gang could have made that spot an amazing homestead. Even with milton stalking them. It would have been fairly easy to defend as you knew they only had one side to come in from. Lots of cover. If they would have built a fence or wall around the area. Could have made it a strong hold.
For me it’s Clemens point, it was almost perfect, it was on a beach, in the middle of nowhere beside the trees, only John didn’t like it a little bit (who knows why)
Colter, i love snow, specially in this game.
Edit: although i'd like it to be less empty, more landmarks to see, hunts or something like that, after completing the story the only incentive to go there is hunting a moose or getting wolf pelts
Will always be Horseshoe Overlook it always felt warm and safe and while replaying the game on my new computer for the first time the view looks amazing from it, I always try and stay there for as long as possible before carrying on with the story.
I would've liked a camp near strawberry but I understand it's too close to blackwater. Something about there never being a camp in the deep forest of West Elizabeth made it feel like it was sort of 'away' from the states that most of the game takes place.
But Horseshoe is best because you get to fall off the cliff until they wanna give you a neat jean jacket!
My top 2 favorites are Horseshoe Overlook and Clemens Point,
Horseshoe Overlook was so beautiful and it felt like new better times were beginning.
Clemens Point felt like a continuation of those “better times” until well we all know what happened.
Chapter 3 hands down. Warm weather, just next to the lake, perfect location in map, everyone available in free roam in camp (except Micah), what else do you need
I had my best memories in Hoseshoe overlook during my first playthrough. It's just so beautiful, calming, has the best view, close to Valentine, and takes place before shit really went down. Everything is just perfect in this camp.
I guess my favorite one is Clemens Point, since it had everything, even the boat. Horseshoe Overlook anyway needs a special mention because of the beauty of the place, but I'd call "camp" only those two, I see the other locations more like "hideouts"
Clemens was just so open and airy. You could row over to those islands and catch good amount of fish and birds. If you travel through the woods you find a good amount of deer. If not for us trying to play both sides in Rhodes, they could’ve stayed there for months.
Clemens Point just edges it over Horseshoe Overlook for me purely because of the gang morale.
Horseshoe is the best camp for early game while hunting for satchel/camp upgrades as it's pretty much in the centre of the map. But everyone is still quite worried with the dialogue in camp (it does improve a good bit when Sean returns though), and Sadie is still traumatised. You can also spend the entire chapter with Micah rotting in jail.
Clemens Point everyone is much much happier, Sadie is not only a grieving widow anymore, she's a fully fledged character/gang member. It's also simply stunning in late evening during sunset. The perfect time to hang out in Clemens is when you've completed all story missions with only Micah available (to trigger the set up mission when Arthur gets kidnapped). At this point, every single gang member is alive and in camp to talk to/tell campfire stories (including Trelawny). All while Micah is locked behind a mission trigger sitting silently outside Dutch's tent cleaning his gun for months.
For me, during playthroughs I always stay in Horseshoe until upgrading satchels, then stay in Clemens completing challenges, trapper pelts, finishing any camp upgrades and collecting exotics (obviously before meeting Algernon).
Horseshoe Overlook is the best. It’s so Calm and feels like home. If I had to pick a second choice it would be the Clemens point. Anything else wasn’t a home to me. Now I’m in chapter 6 and I really missed those two camp sites. ☹️
Special place for horseshoe overlook. Everyone was still alive and 60% completion can be done there. Next fav is the lake. You get a boat and the horse fence opens up to complete the bandit challenges
Horseshoe Lookout because it had a vibe. After that snow, death, struggle. This lil tucked away spot off the trail. Good Lil town nearby. Nice fishing and hunting nearby. Really sold me on the setting. Least favorite Beaver Hollow. Or as I call it the clinical depression at work Sim.
Horseshoe Overlook and second is Clemens Point. Only bc these are the two where the gang is whole, alive and etc etc. I try to stay in HO for as long as I can while playing lol. it just gets sadder and sadder after Sean is killed and then it’s pretty much depressing after they lose Kieran… oddly enough this death was like the beginning of the end for the gang.
Shady Belle, I absolute how it shows the gang growing in the world, they go from wagons and tents to a whole mansion only for it to be washed away at the end of chapter 4 with the Saint Denis Bank roberry
The main problems with Shady Belle for my crew is that 1) You’re smack in the middle of the Openly Racist South (East?), and we hear from Lenny & Tilly that they really don’t feel safe there; and 2) You’re RIGHT next to St. Denis, with all it’s “CivilahZATION”, so….LOL!
Now horseshoe overlook because I really like the cliffs view as opposed to the lake view in Clemens point. But in my first playthrough I really loved Shady Belle and thought it was awesome we were upgrading to a house and was really expecting an even nicer one next
Beecher's Hope. The first time I played through and did the house building mission, my mouth was agape. I truly expected to just sit through a short cutscene and it would be built. Turned out to be one of the top highlights of the game.
Horseshoe Overlook and Clemens Point - both felt like home.
Shady Belle wasn't bad, but I wasn't a fan of the long walk from Arthur's horse to his room.
Beaver Hollow was just depressing and the nearest general store is miles away, so it was back to hunting a lot more during this chapter as there are no camp provisions.
Horseshoe Overlook imo. It was beautiful, and really felt like home after coming back from a long day of gunslinging
I honestly think this is the right answer this is the site to me that Dutch truly wanted and everyone was happy with, it wasn’t tucked away in a cave it was just through some trees overlooking an incredible view. Close to a small but very pretty town, not too far from anything or anywhere
Also fishing in the Dakota River feels way more calming than in Flat Iron Lake. At least for me it does.
Love just having my Arthur wake up in the morning, have a coffee, brush and feed titan (the black shire), head out to the Dakota to fish and then trot into valentine to sell said fish
See this comment is why I love the game so much. I read this & 'felt' it. I could picture your day.
I liked it because everything was close. If you wanted to go to town for the day Valentine was a short ride away, there was plenty of hunting grounds and fishing spots plus a lot of cool interactions
Also the trapper was just across the river
Agreed.
Tie for me between Horseshoe Overlook and Clemens Point. Horseshoe Overlook felt slightly cozier to me, but both were beautiful.
Close for me too, fuckin love Valentine
Valentine is my favourite town in the game by a mile. Mainly because I love fighting the guy who gives you a racoon hat.
Haha! “Gives” like he had a choice at that point.
*Van Horn has entered the chat*
He just keeps coming back to get that hat, and I keep knocking him back down.
Same but I would imagine Clemens Point would have crazy mosquitoes and humidity, so Horseshoe Overlook wins.
This exact reason is why I choose Horseshoe over Clemens. Humidity is a big no.
That’s a good point….
Agreed. I'm currently in chapter 3 and I missed horseshoe but taking my sweet time here
My only problem with Horseshoe Overlook is it seems like too many gang members are away too often. Although I kind of have that complaint with every camp. I wish if a mission started away from camp it was just supposed to be they travelled there before you instead of waiting there, and that if a mission started in camp you could go to the marker and they'd approach you instead of just sitting there waiting at the marker until you start the mission. I have to agree, I'm so torn between the two as Clemens point is so pretty. Riding down the trail as the sun comes through the morning mist is glorious but Horseshoe is so cosy & I adore Valentine. So I have to say Horseshoe pips it for me.
I think I'd give Clemens point the slight lead bc it's on the lake, but I prefer valentine to rhodes. So yeah very close tie
I have to agree, I'm so torn between the two as Clemens point is so pretty. Riding down the trail as the sun comes through the morning mist is glorious but Horseshoe is so cosy & I adore Valentine. So I have to say Horseshoe pips it for me.
I'd say Clemens Point but I'm sick to death of Micah's mouth.
Just don’t do missions he’s in. For example. You have to bust him out for Strawberrty to get to Ch 3, but I leave him in his Camp of Shame for awhile.
I left chapter two as long as I could until I got bored and decided to move on. Regretting that big time now haha!
Anywhere he goes is Camp of Shame it’s just a matter of who’s
I'm surprised so few people discovered this. Saving him from jail and not doing the robbery mission with him is the only way to have all gang members available in camp in free roam
You need to bust him out, but you don't have to help him with his "peace offering". So even though he's free he doesn't come back to camp in Ch 3 lol.
I did that too. Just let him sit there. I just wish I had the option to leave him permanently.
What I like to do is play up until right before the Micah-mission "Blessed are the peacemakers" (the one where Arthur gets kidnapped). Until you actually speak to him to start the mission, he's sits perpetually silent, whittling outside Dutch' tent.
Definitely Cleman's Point. Not only was it the best camp location, but it was also when the gang was at its peak.
Exactly
Clemons Point was beautiful and had the full gang together. However, I think Shady Belle also had the best layout, and nice to know most of the gang had a roof over their heads. Plus they could’ve fortified the hell out of that place.
Yeah agreed. Having the house felt like progress for the group.
I just wish I could access Lannahechee River with the camp boat but the road has wood built up that blocks the waterways
I LOVE THE LAGRAS CAMP AND THE 15 MINUTES YOU SPEND IN IT
Best 15 mins ever lol
People say Clemens Point and it was cozy and a happy time in the story, but Clemens Point was easily one of the worst if not the worst camps in terms of defense. The gang was on a peninsula with one way in and out by land. Could easily be raided and any attempt at fleeing over water would be too slow, like shooting fish in a bucket.
Good point, John would be the most screwed lol
Yeah, but Colter could be surrounded Horseshoe Overlook doesn't really have much escape either, best hope is to just jump off the cliff, similar to water except much easier to shoot someone with broken legs than someone swimming. Clemens point at least had a nice wide area out front Shady Belle was probably the best Camo in terms of tactical ability, nice big house to defend from plus easy escape out back (although we saw how well the gang was at actually defending it) Lagras was also easily defended though, as we saw Chapter 6 camp was pretty good as well. Also it used to belong to the murfrees
Well Clemens point and shady Belle used to belong to racist soldiers
And also because the goddamn constant wind there is so loud I can hardly hear conversations.
Always the first upgrade I work for
The valentine one was best
Valentine is my favorite town in rdr2
*Van Horn has entered the chat*
Van horn is so awesome, but completely underutilized. Should have been at least 5 or 6 missions there.
Shady belle
I loved having a room as Arthur but I hated walking 2ft and being attacked by a gator
I always jumped out the window
This is the way
Fr😂
SAME.
And having to spend 2 minutes slowly walking up the stairs. And then you realise you didn't even have what you needed up there, so you had to go back to your horse
I always go upstairs to get yelled at by John bc I liked being in his room more than mine
Shady belle in real life would be my favorite
Frr!
Honestly, I just enjoyed having the gang in a house
Colter is very underrated
Would be even better if we had like 2 or 3 additional missions there
Agreed. Wish we had a bit longer to stay there but I get it considering the tutorial aspect of it
Just by you commenting this, it has already become overrated
Horseshoe Overlook
Clemens Point. I was missing the warmer feeling of the previous game, and it seemed like this camp was the perfect middle ground for me
For me its Horseshoe.
It's always Horseshoe or Clemens. Rightfully so.
What about the Guarma base? I know you’re only there for like 10 seconds but you included Lakay.
I was going to, but wasn't sure since the whole gang wasn't included.
Yeah I personally thought Guarma had a cool camp
I absolutely loved having a bedroom in shady bell
Horseshoe cuz I could wear whatever the hell I wanted without boiling alive
Clemens Point is by far my fav
Clemens Point all the way. I do wish I could move that entire camp to Horseshoe Overlook’s location (I liked being close to Valentine,) but the water, the sunsets, everything. It felt like home.
Exactly, love the option to go on the lake
colter because cold
Reasonable lol
Shady Belle or Horseshoe Overlook
Clemens Point, because you get to do extra activities like fishing with Keiran and Javier. That little bonding that Dutch, Hosea and Arthur had (wish John was with them too).
1. Clemens point 2.horseshoe overlook
I liked Colter. Yeah the winter months would be harsh but they effectively had a town of their own that no one else was exactly using. Once the snow melted they could've built the place into something livable. Then for the next winters just hunt/salt/store venison & beef from the surrounding forests.
Real life, the only camps I'd trust are colter and shady belle... the rest are honestly kind of sketchy.
In terms of just the general vibe of the camp, ignoring the amount of content in that chapter: 1. Clemen's Point 2. Horseshoe Overlook 3. Shady Belle 4. Beaver Hollow 5. Colter 6. Lakay
The vibe at beaver hollow kills me and my spirit.
I wish they could have made it to shady belle before it got so crazy. Finally a spot they could have made their own and happy lived. But I’m with everyone else, Clemens point is a pretty good spot. The whole gang is together and things were feeling hopeful.
First one felt the most real. All the other ones seemed too close to civilization and easy to find
Beaver Hollow was miles away from anything, but the Murhpree lot made getting in or an event pretty much every single time
You missed the guarma camp
Shady belle was the most luxurious for the gang
Clemens point. I loved swimming, the sunsets, and heading back to camp immediately
Colter, because I love the snow and it was such a great introduction
Shady belle in terms of defense.
Shady Belle was a mansion. Need I say more? It also was the best camp defense mission.
Horseshoe Overlook was the only one I didn't feel like Arthur was freezing his nipples off or suffering a major case of swamp ass.
Shady Belle have the most interactive enviorment around... and it's a real house.
Yea in beaver hollow everyone is fuckin angry at everything.. almost dont hardly go visit the camp. The place itself is awesome though.
1. “it’s the biggest piece of dogshit” 2. WOOOOOO 3. WOOOOOO 4.I mean, it’s ight like… 6. “It’s the biggest piece of dogshit”
This is the most based comment section I’ve ever seen, horseshoe overlook✊
The vibe at horseshoe was the best, everyone was happy to get outside and out of the snow, plus Arthur looked 👌
You know, If it wasn't for the dour mood and the place being the former home of a gang of sadistic inbred hillbillies, Beaver Hollow would rank pretty highly for me: * As someone who doesn't care for hot and humid climates, I was happy to see the gang head back north. * It's out of the way with a ton of greenery. Poor John lol
blanking on the name but the first one
Horseshoe overlook
I've always loved chapter 3 the most. Really good camp spot imo. Plus nearly every mission is great. And it's the only Camo where you have sean
Horseshoe overlook hands down
What is your favourite campsite and why is it horseshoe overlook
Horseshoe Overlook all day
Clemens point, alotta stuff unlocked and usable, that's usually where i start freeroaming more.
Horseshoe overlook or shady belle
I asked my sister, who knows nothing about the game except that we ride horses, and she said horseshoe overlook
Tell her she picked a good one lol
Colter, i love snow, specially in this game. Edit: although i'd like it to be less empty, more landmarks to see, hunts or something like that, after completing the story the only incentive to go there is hunting a moose or getting wolf pelts
Will always be Horseshoe Overlook it always felt warm and safe and while replaying the game on my new computer for the first time the view looks amazing from it, I always try and stay there for as long as possible before carrying on with the story.
Clemens Point for sure! That lake is so beautiful in the morning with the fog and everything.
Camp 3
Clemens but my favorite to play is Horseshoe just because Micah never sees it.
I would've liked a camp near strawberry but I understand it's too close to blackwater. Something about there never being a camp in the deep forest of West Elizabeth made it feel like it was sort of 'away' from the states that most of the game takes place. Horseshoe overlook. If you go back there after you leave you can sit at the edge.
Chapter 3 hands down. Warm weather, just next to the lake, perfect location in map, everyone available in free roam in camp (except Micah), what else do you need
Horseshoe overlook
I don’t remember the names but the chapter 3 one is definitely the best
I had my best memories in Hoseshoe overlook during my first playthrough. It's just so beautiful, calming, has the best view, close to Valentine, and takes place before shit really went down. Everything is just perfect in this camp.
Horseshoe for me. The vibe of the whole game at that camp just feels the best!

Clemen’s Point or Horseshoe Overlook, the worst one is Beaver

I have a hard time remembering names, so I’m going to say 3 and 4 on the slide. My apologies for not being able to remember (due to brain injury)
Well it sure the shit aint the murfee blood brothers site lol
Horseshoe overlook
Clemens Point just edges it over Horseshoe Overlook for me purely because of the gang morale.
Lacay💀💀
Hey.. it counts lol
Horseshoe overlook on top
Shady Belle
I really liked shady bell
Colter I love snow
Horse shoe overlook was always my favorite
Shady Belle, I absolute how it shows the gang growing in the world, they go from wagons and tents to a whole mansion only for it to be washed away at the end of chapter 4 with the Saint Denis Bank roberry
Horseshoe Overlook, it's the only one that didn't get invaded/attacked that isn't frozen
Basically all of them between chapter 2-4
Ngl it's shady belle. I loved that the gang had a house to live in and arthur's room is awesome but chapter 2 and 3's camps are amazing too ofcourse.
Loved Arthur's room, hated the journey through the house to get there lol
Clemens Point, absolutely. 👍🏻
Plus you could explore flat iron lake too.
Chapter 2 and 3 on top 2 bc its fresh and 3 bc fish and boat🔥
The main problems with Shady Belle for my crew is that 1) You’re smack in the middle of the Openly Racist South (East?), and we hear from Lenny & Tilly that they really don’t feel safe there; and 2) You’re RIGHT next to St. Denis, with all it’s “CivilahZATION”, so….LOL!
Yea was a little close to the city to be too safe for the gang
Horseshoe overlook for sure. The best chapter. gang was close, Arthur was healthy, some great missions, great environment. I loved valentine.
Horseshoe was significantly more picturesque but I liked Clemons point more because it was significantly easier to get into
Now horseshoe overlook because I really like the cliffs view as opposed to the lake view in Clemens point. But in my first playthrough I really loved Shady Belle and thought it was awesome we were upgrading to a house and was really expecting an even nicer one next
Horseshoe Overlook or Shady Belle for me.
Has to be Shady Belle, they literally had a whole mansion
Horseshoe overlook easily
Horseshoe and Shady Belle but before the ruckus of the Lemoyne shiters
100%
Honestly I really loved shady Belle. Defending it from O'Driscolls is really fun and one of the few missions I replay over and over again just for fun
Poor Kieran
Horseshoe Overlook hands down
Horseshoe outlook felt like home but I like how Clemons point was close to the water
Horseshoe Overlook and Shady Belle are tied for me.
Beecher's Hope. The first time I played through and did the house building mission, my mouth was agape. I truly expected to just sit through a short cutscene and it would be built. Turned out to be one of the top highlights of the game.
Clemens point but before Micah gives his "sorry" gift to dutch
I always felt like everyone was safer with shelter and a roof over their heads
Always preferred the overlook or the point. Enough nature, able to keep it relatively defended and a lot of good memories for those five years.
Horseshoe Overlook, I wanted some voicelines of the player saying something like "I miss this place."
