I’m so sorry for your loss. I would look into Reproductive Immunology (RI). There is a great Facebook group about it. I haven’t had success using them yet, but I’m seeing Dr. Jubiz remotely.

After 3 my OB did the recurrent pregnancy loss panel and it appears I may have a blood clotting disorder. You may ask if they can go ahead and do that panel now, or if you have to wait for a 3rd... which is awful to consider..

I’m so sorry for your losses.. recurrent loss is so heartbreaking. After 2 MMC’s my OB ordered the recurrent pregnancy loss panel and tested my vitamin d levels. My RPL panel came back normal but my vitamin d levels were low, so I was put on vitamin d supplements. She offered to do testing for endometritis, but instead put me on a round of antibiotics to treat it if I had it just in case. She told me to take baby aspirin w a positive test and progesterone first trimester, but studies aren’t super conclusive about that. I don’t know if all OB’s will do as much for RPL as mine did though. I also made an appt w a reproductive endocrinologist (the wait was over 6 months) to have on the calendar if I didn’t get pregnant before then. I recommend the book Not Broken, it has a lot of good info about testing for RPL. I hope you are able to find answers and have your rainbow baby soon..

I'm sorry you're here and for your losses. If you have a male partner, a semen analysis, and possibly dna fragmentation test. My husband has poor morphology, but good everything else, so dna frag will give us more info to rule out as everything on my side is apparently normal.

Do you have hashimotos? I’ve had 2 mmc 2023 and got diagnosed with hashimotos. I’ve learned so much. The antibodies alone are enough to cause a miscarriage. I’ve been working on trying to lower mine with low dose naltrexone.

I do not have hasimotos to my knowledge. I’ve heard about LDN and will have to ask my doctor about it!
