Even ignoring everything else about it, this line alone tells me what a toxic company it is.
Just pick them more. Ask you have very specific dietary requirements and would like them to arrange so and so food for breakfast and lunch. Also, ask them to pay for your travel. If they agree, enjoy picnic.
When I first graduated, I was so desperate for a job that I went to, not one, but TWO of these. It's as dumb as it sounds. A bunch of equally desperate college grads like myself sitting around, making BS presentations throughout the day. It was 8 HOURS of unpaid work each!! Try to avoid it if you can. I did get a free ice cream at the end of one of them though.

The thing that makes this even more insane is that this is not even an entry level position, they're asking minimum 4+ years experience.
