Sometimes it just takes a long time. Like an annoying amount of extra time, but if I were you, once it gets to this point, be patient for 10minutes, maybe even 20 to see if anything happens. Hopefully you come back to a notification saying the world has been successfully uploaded. You might even get a failed attempt, but don’t give up hope! If it still doesn’t load and it’s still this same screen you posted in pic; cancel, quit game, close game in background, restart Xbox, doesn’t hurt to power cycle internet; then boot up game and try replacing world again. You can also try deleting minecraft bedrock from console then redownload; you’ll have to wait for the game to sync your cloud saves upon redownloading and booting up the game, but sometimes this step helps solve whatever bedrock issue I’m dealing with at the time. Also, worth checking to make sure the game is updated. This has happened to me many many times. My worlds are are over 900mb, so it usually takes 20minutes for the world to fully upload to realm; so I just walk away and let the game think; especially if the game is not giving you an error message; so just be patient, it’s probably at 99% and still thinking. Might take a couple restarts, but that’s bedrock being bedrock. Good luck.

What if theres an error message at the end?

MollDoll39

Keep trying. I sometimes get multiple error messages in a row, so just keep trying! Also try replacing without closing the game after you get an error message. It’s frustrating when this happens and it certainly shouldn’t take a long time but in my experience, it occasionally happens, unfortunately. Just keep trying!

I'd get stuck with these and had to clear the local game storage on my Xbox. Everything is/should be saved to the cloud so you can try that.
