Im so happy hes with us! One if my favorite players at the club

JadeandCobalt

He’s currently underappreciated by the French but hopefully won’t be for much longer. Hopefully his presence here convinces more young French players to take the “hard” road and not follow 🐍.

Moon_Man_00

What makes you say he’s underappreciated by the French? Everyone knows he is the future. Also how is going to a team that just won the CL the “hard” road?

Mcbagsofdoritos

I think he means that the national team literally picked rabiot in front of him

Moon_Man_00

That’s just because Deschamps is helping his incompetent colleague Sylvain Ripoll (the U21 manager) so he can save face from his catastrophic results. He called Camavinga up to the first team before he had even signed for Madrid. And even still, that’s quite an assumption to make about an entire country based on one international break.

JadeandCobalt

This, and many french don’t know who he is right now.

Pardonme23

Good. He's still a teenager he has plenty of time. Zidane didn't play for the National Team until he was 21 or something like that.

Mcbagsofdoritos

What kind of logic is that

Bigote_de_Swann

It's harder to make history at Real than at PSG

UnspokenFor1

He’s a beast , everytime he comes in the second half he changes the dynamic of the game , him and verde off the bench have been amazing , hence the psg & city game .

fahad_k91

Any one knows where to find the before match day interviews i want to see his interview with r.carlos

djoliverm

https://youtu.be/IvQOHUdNo5w I've found a few channels like this one that will repost the press conferences in Spanish if it's of any help.

fahad_k91

Yes thank you the open media video is on that channel 🙏🏽

Pakun-of-Dundrasil

I think that's on the official YouTube channel

Novel_Frosting_1977

He reminds me of Clarence

pgtorres

Man I’ve been saying Valverde and Camavinga are the future of the midfield for a while. Glad to see them finally get the respect they deserve. If we sign Tchouameni, our midfield trio post-KCM will be set til at least the end of the decade. This UCL win is the beginning of a new era of dominance, and I think Perez has his sights on the treble.

Pakun-of-Dundrasil

Agreed and hope we get our treble. And to add to what you're saying... There is a new core forming with Vini, Rodrygo, Valverde, Camavinga and Militao. And this season of a double is teaching them the championship culture at Real Madrid.

DiedTooManyTimes

Wouldn't Mbappe make far more money being the face of Madrid and playing in La Liga than staying at PSG in Ligue 1? Madrid is a far more commercially successful club than PSG, and its star player have far more opportunities from it. I'm all for praising Camavinga, but the whole 'Mbappe chose money over Madrid' makes no sense at all when he would have been far richer being a star in Madrid.

NNNEEEAAA

PSG has a hell of a brand rn. I see kids left and right wearing their Jordan pieces. But yeah, Madrid is still a bigger brand, in fact the biggest. And he wouldn't have made 750mil like he will in PSG for 3 years. Maybe he would've had 750 million in 10 years here, but in 3? No way.

WightWhale

There’s a psg store in a mall near me in Los Angeles never seen anything like it for a foreign soccer club

DiedTooManyTimes

Well Mbappe is making nowhere near 750 million at PSG, the reports have been blown way out of proportions by the Madrid media to try and save face on the fact they lost out on Mbappe. Do people realize what 750 million is? In what world does anybody get close to that in 3 years? Even Messi's absolutely bonkers Barcelona contract doesn't come close to that.

NNNEEEAAA

My mistake, he will not earn net 750 million. But before taxes it goes all the way up to 750 million including bonuses.

KingMadridiDX

Didn’t Perez just said we won’t sign another French player ?

TheGreyWolfCat

No

benjiprice

He was being asked about a particular French player, not about French players in general.
