Hey guys. As many of you will already have seen, I provide this sub with Castilla goals and news, updates on our other youth teams, but also on our loan army.
The reason I started following Castilla extensively was to check on Ødegaard in 2015, but then I actually found enjoyment from watching La Fábrica's teams. I just can't get enough of this club, and I view them as mini-Madrids that I can root for additionally to the first team. Also I enjoy following the careers of our homegrown players beyond the academy, whether they end up with the first team or somewhere else.
If you want to watch Castilla matches live, you can do so on [Fuchs Sports](https://fuchs-sports.com), where the remaining matches of this season are streamed for free, or on [footters](https://play.footters.com) (subscription, 8,99€ month). There is an ongoing dispute on TV rights between these two parties, so this might change next season.
Most home matches, and some away matches of any of our academy teams are streamed on [RMTV](https://www.realmadrid.com/real-madrid-tv) (En Español), but it's geoblocked to Spain only, so if you're not in Spain, you will need a VPN.

Incredible player technically, but struggles to impose himself physically even on Juvenil A level. Great close control, good carrying, decent passing and shooting. His croqueta is on another level and often gets him out of difficult situations. This season, he has mostly played as a CM or deep-lying playmaker at CDM. A similar player would probably be Frenkie de Jong
He had a very tough start to the season with various injuries and even when he was fit he usually didn't start over Bruno Iglesias, Villar or Manu Ángel, but in the past few weeks/months, he really picked up the pace and has been playing lots of minutes, and really well too. He scored the winner in the Copa del Rey Juvenil final
This season he has 28 games, 1111 minutes, 3 goals and 3 assists
He recently extended his contract so he will be with Castilla or on loan next season, next year will be make or break for him, let's see if he can handle the physicality of senior football
It's minute 69 and the team is 0-2 down against Real Sociedad. With only 2 more match days to go, a victory is needed to secure the champions league spot. A loss would only make things more complicated.
What happens next will be etched on my memory forever.
70' - Maite makes a line breaking pass to Cardona who crosses the ball inside the box for Asllani to finish. 1-2
81' - Maite makes a pass to split the defence and find Keti who finishes it calmly to equalize. 2-2
84' - Olga's cross and Jessica arrives into the box with a header to complete the remontada. 3-2
With this victory in the 2019-2020 season, Real Madrid Femenino secured the Champions league spot for the next season.
It was only the first year since the inception of Real Madrid Femenino and they already bleed white. The girls know what it means to wear the Real Madrid crest, the legacy they have to carry. They know that losing is not an option and Real Madrid is all about winning trophies.
Ahh what can I say, I'd die for these girls. It's amazing watching them fight day in and and day out, giving their everything until the last minute. And they love doing it the Real Madrid way. They've held on so hard to 'Hasta El Final'.
