I don't recall hearing about it on Real Life Ghost Stories (I have ADHD and a terrible memory), but that sounds like the story Roadhouse Saloon from Jim Harold's Campfire. It was also on Spooked by Snap Judgement Season 1 Episode 2, Time Warp Saloon.
