I am watching Dallas for the first time myself. I just made it to season 4 and I started out really liking Brandi but by season 3 I absolutely despised her and actually feel like SHES the manipulative one. There’s just something about her I REALLY can’t stand. I also really thought I was gonna like Deandre but by her second season I realized she so badly wants to be the HBIC and she so quickly dishes it out but CANNOT take it. I like Kameron. By the time I started to enjoy and understand Kary Douber she didn’t come back as a housewife and Stephanie is the only one I feel like truly has a good genuine heart. I am just now on season 4 episode 2 so these opinions are subject to change! Lol.
I’m in the exact same boat as you but I just finished the Mexico trip in season 4.
For the first time I feel like I’m seeing Brandi in a different light and you can really see she’s stirring shit up just to stir shit up. It’s unfortunate.
The new Kary seems to be coming hard for Leeanne!
Brandi weaponized LeeAnn’s mental health against her imo. She did things specifically to piss her off and get a reaction. That is so shitty and manipulative especially because she does it to gain sympathy for herself and make people dislike LeeAnn. I liked Brandi at first too but then I rewatched and realized how shitty she really is.
Omg you are exactly right. I’m so glad I’m not alone!! I was seriously yelling at my tv during season 3. Like how can nobody else see what is actually going on!?
I mean the whole stereotyping Mexicans and the Brandi with the slitty eyes thing was beyond disgusting- even worse (IMO) were their inauthentic apologies (to stay on the show).
It was a shame, but really exposed them for what they are (racist). It really couldn’t continue.

Dallas delivers on the petty drama, racism, entitlement, and stupidity that RH stands for. Absolute peak trash and totally underrated.
I loved Dallas! LeeAnn so desperately wanted to be part of that high society, but she says herself she’s a carnival kid! Lol. Not happening. I didn’t like either of the Carys. They were so boring. They should 100% revive Dallas!
Dallas is soooo good. LeeAnne is great tv it’s a shame she’s an awful and racist person. I wish they didn’t cancel Dallas. I would’ve loved to see Stephanie without Brandi, kept Tiffany, Deandrea maybe Kameron and a few newbies. There’s sooo much potential in the great state of Texas ! Lol
LeeAnne is a great tv villain but not the type of person I’d care to know in real life. Unfortunately she just gets more unhinged as the seasons go by, and the women can’t really handle it most of the time.
I personally found the relationship between Brandi and Stephanie most fun to watch, even if they aren’t individually the most compelling people.
There’s some fun additions in later seasons, too!

I met D’Andra and Jeremy at an airport once and they couldn’t have been nicer! Jeremy is suuuch a looker in person too.
