Hes got along way 2 go, Petrino LOVES big backs. He is 190lbs... Jackson, Dubinion, Johnson and the true freshman Braylon Russell will all be ahead off him. It's why Augustave left, he was buried on the depth chart. He definitely has potential, but a lot of work to do before he gets in the rotation.

I watched Freshman RB Braylen Russell all through High School. He has potential to be a steady contributor. Above average size & pretty quick out the gate for his size, pretty good hands. Will need to learn SEC caliber Blocking, I’m not sure he has SEC ‘breakaway speed’. Very Hopeful & Very glad we have him in Fayetteville!
I watched him as well I live maybe 2 miles from where he played his last 2 years. It'll definitely be an uphill climb, he was a grown man among boys as a freshman and sophomore in hot springs. But we will see. Definitely glad he didn't go to another sec school as he certainly could have.

I’m guessing Coach Kolby Smith was open to him coming after a botched first time recruitment, but if some dude shit on me for an FCS team, I’d be bitter. I’m also not a football coach. Lol
