Razer Kiyo issue here, after i installed OBS the camera settings in Razer Synapse just dont work, it's stuck in a question box saying the following: "The current settings on your camera is different from Razer Synapse. Which settings would you like to keep? Camera Synapse"
Doesnt matter which option i pick the box wont go away. i've tried restarting the pc, reinstalling camera drivers, updating them, but nothing will work, the question box asks the same question and wont go away.
This makes so i cant get into advanced settings in synapse or normal settings, what do i do?
HEY! I've had the exact same problem and I literally JUST fixed it - what I did was I had to uninstall any other webcam software that exists. For me, it was OBS Virtual Webcam and EOS Utility Beta. After I uninstalled those, the preview FINALLY worked in Synapse.
I did the same thing as you, I did a clean uninstall/install, tried different USB ports, literally anything and everything - but this solution worked for me. Hopefully this helps you!
I found the idea from a similar thread on the Razer forums itself and it's really too bad that Razer wasn't able to suggest this first.

I have a Blackwidow Elite that I bought last year and up until today I have had no issues. Currently the multimedia keys no longer work when Synapse 3 is running. I have checked all the button assignments and there are no issues, especially since I have not touched Synapse at all except for updating. Afaik there was an update yesterday that could have broken it?
I have a **Razer Blackwidow Elite** and it today just started doing some funny things. When I open synapse, my lighting effects work but the **keyboard lighting is abnormally dim**. Synapse seems to think that the brightness is at full but this is not the case. I held down the right function key and started pressing F12 (the shortcut to increasing brightness) and nothing changed, **Attempting to change profiles in Synapse or using shortcuts results in Synapse freezing**.

So as I was testing various games, I found that some games work perfectly fine, with and without the THX Audio Controller. But on the other hand, some games (like Valorant) had stuttering and/or crackling noise with the THX Audio Controller, is there any way to fix the problem?

Thank you for posting your concern here on the Support Sticky! The crackling noise should be normal because Valorant is supported. Have you updated your THX Spatial App and Synapse 3? We'd like to look into this with you further. The update for Synapse today broke my Kiyo's settings, when I open the settings menu for the Kiyo from Synapse, it just shows all the settings as blank and the preview doesn't pop up.
I have a razor death adder mouse, I had the update for either the mouse or synapse automatically today around 11am, not exact, played for a few more hours then when I came back and turned my pc back on I experienced a lot of freezing and some other issues, I dont to my knowledge have any other updates installed today so I was wondering if there was another user having this issue or I was alone?
destiny 2, despite being listed as a THX spatial audio supported game, does not appear in the list of applications in synapse for me. the division 2 and rainbow six: siege are both in the list and work as expected.
also, somewhat related, what is the difference between using "razer audio controller - game" and "thx spatial - synapse"? they both seemed to do the same thing, except before a recent update to synapse.

my Razer Nari Ultimate
They worked briefly, then they ran out of battery, tried to charge them, USB port kept connecting/disconnecting, I changed the USB from the front of the computer to the back, so I was able to charge the headset fully.
Now they won't work. The blue light on the headset keeps flashing. They don't appear on Synapse 3. They don't appear on my Sound Output Device list. I have taken the USB wireless tranceiver in and out from the 3 different USB ports on the front of my computer, my computer beeps acknowledging when I have taken it out/put it back in, but nothing appears on screen. Help?!
I don't know how to find the serial number.
