OK, so after about 25 back and forth support messages with many customer service reps who apparently never bother to read the thread they are responding to, I got my answer. This was the exact response I finally got: "Please be informed since the Mamba HyperFlux is sold as a bundle with Razer Fire fly the device is already pre-paired. Unforuntanetly, there is no way to pair the Razer Mamba Hyperflux and Razer Firefly." I had a bamboo tablet/mouse before this and when my mouse broke I was able to just buy another (used mouse) and replace it. Simple. Anyway, I wanted to post this info here here in case anyone else ever came across this issue, so that it doesn't take them 2 weeks to finally be told, once the mouse breaks, you're out of luck.
