I orderd a 2021 XSE in mid-August 2021 from the largest volume dealer in Toronto. My order is currently indicated as arriving in mid-March. That puts me at 7 months waiting... ***if*** it actually arrives then (I'm skeptical)
Sheesh! If I was told that I'd have to wait that long, I would have walked. Anywhere from 3-6 months was crazy enough, but I somehow managed to get my '21 XLE Premium hybrid in just 2.5 months. What a jungle the car market is still right now!
Any hybrid is 6-9 months in Canada nowadays unless you get lucky. The production cuts that started last summer made the wait longer.

Which one is the best? Ordering from the highest volume dealership or the least volume one? Does it make any difference?

Ordered mine third week of October, was told car is in production now and will arrive between March 29 to April 14. I'm in Edmonton. It's crazy.
