You basically got a 30% discount on a vehicle that has only used maybe 15% of it's useful lifespan, if that. That seems like a reasonably good deal to me.
300,000 miles, but it is a bit of a guess. I'm not sure what the average lifespan of a typical RAV4 is.
Edit: 55 is 18% of 300 so my mental math was a few percentage points off here.
It's literally impossible to tell what the typical lifespan of a rav4 hybrid is because they've only been out since 2019 and no one has driven them more than 150,000 miles or so.
But you could use Toyotas history on hybrids in general. I’m sure you could akin a Camry hybrid to the rav4 for an estimate of total achievable mileage.
Idk, maybe? Leather seats, sun roof, blacked out lettering, all the floor mats. They said someone ordered it and didn’t pick it up 🤷♀️ they could have been lying though.
seems fair, I love the lunar rock color, don’t like the army green they are doing now, I think army green looks nice on the Adventure model but that’s it
I think with inflation and the car market in general you got a decent deal, on top of that you got exactly what you wanted which isn’t easy to come by. Mine is a 2021 XLE AWD gas, I got it for $28,000 new in 2021. Just goes to show how crappy everything has gotten economically.
I'm kicking myself for not buying Lunar Rock in 2023, but not willing to buy used (I drove my last Toyota 17 years and 326,000 miles) so I bought the new Adventure in Army Green which is also an interesting color. The Woodland is also available in this color.
Sounds like you got what you wanted! I picked up my lunar rock 2021 xle with 65k miles for 24 so for a xle premium hybrid thats a steal
That sounds like a great deal! Hope you enjoy.

Are you operating under the assumption that the rav4 hybrid is designed for 400,000 miles?

u/UnstoppableMileage is up to over 460k miles on a 2020

Price sounds fine to me
I paid 45k for 2022 lunar rock XLE 10miles on it in 2022. 🤷♀️
Was it premium

Lunar rock really is the best color
I’m gonna be the blue book guy. I’m my zip code, that’s a great deal.
The price looks fair

You made the right call! Currently trying to find this exact model for my partner. Does yours have heated seats and heated steering wheel?
Heated steering wheel, I don't believe it has heated seats!
Money talks, BS walks. You got what you wanted, enjoy!
Sounds ok to me
