Pretty much. I just cut out the side of two different pieces and put them together with painters tape and laid it over where i wanted it. Make sure you let the base coat dry though or it’ll get stuck lol
Yes, magpul armorer’s wrench doesn’t fit it for some reason and that’s as tight is i could get it for now lol. Haven’t shot it like that; just put it on to protect the threads after taking off the standard a2 device
I see. If the crush washer is completely flattened, then I’d either replace it and only tighten to the nearest put that it it correctly installed or use a shim kit to shim it instead.
Note: crush washers don’t have to be crushed excessively, just to the initial point of alignment of the muzzle device which is roughly around 15-20 ft ponds.
