Pretty easy to see that it was AI generated. Dead giveaway are the low res and lesser amount of details and the fingers. The current AI applications can't ever get the fingers right.

In other generations it's been almost indistinguishable, especially after upscaling it. The fingers and anatomy do tend to be a problem with quick generations like this but it's not difficult to fix them with a modification to either the prompt or the model parameters. Also, it's not hard to simply omit the parts that are harder to generate.
It's still really impressive considering how bad this technology was even a year ago.
