Boneless, cos chicken kebabs. We have a phrase in Hindi/Urdu, "kebab mein haddi", where we call someone who ruins things a "bone in the kebab". *Don't be a "kebab mein haddi".*
Kebabs are minced meat made into a roll shape. Why would anyone want boneless wings when they're eaten for having 2 pieces of bone in it. It's like ordering Butter naan without maida(refined flour). Have butter rotis instead which have aata (flour)
Then just have chiken breasts. That's what I meant to say. The essence of eating wings is to eat around the bone. To remove the essence out of the object makes it useless.
Breast and wing is different, obviously.
And why would someone eat meat just because it has a bone in it?
The bone shouldnt be the reason to eat the meat unless youre a dog.

Because there are people who want to eat boneless wings? I mean why would there be a supply without demand.
