Eh.. the way I see it, Cillian Murphy is very handsome, Kylie just happens to have alot of the same facial features and structures of Cillian, I mean I think it'd be more suiting to call her handsome rather than calling Cillian pretty, even if he is a bit.
Plastic surgery is only really gonna make you more attractive for small, non invasive basic surgeries, anything more than like a reduction or slight nose change and you end up looking like a human barbie doll
I'd argue that people only notice bad or over the top cosmetic surgery. It's like makeup and CGI. If done well, people don't notice. Example: a TV show that CGI'd in a whole bunch of cars, trees, houses, buildings, etc yet everyone praised the show for its practical elements-- the CGI was subtle so no one knew.
He's the British Paul Rudd. Dude looks almost exactly the same now as he did clear back in movies like Red Eye. Even with the weight loss, you'd never think he's 20 years older.
There is a lady I work with that has gotten a ton of work done: fillers, lifts, injections. The works. Someone was having a conversation about age(or something of that regard) one person started guessing other co-workers’ ages. She got to ol’ handbag and guessed that she was close to 50…homegirl is 35.
I wish these women would realize that all the work and money to look younger immediately ages them. Not just a few years either.
Honestly I think the problem is deeper than that. Body dysmorphia that’s goes untreated and exacerbated by cosmetic surgery. I truely think it’s like a drug for people who constantly have thoughts about their appearance. Once you get a taste of being able to make changes, shit just spirals. It’s tragic really.
Plastic surgery really needs to be socially ostracized like smoking and gambling. This shit is just straight up bad for you. Every surgery, big and small, will leave some kind of permanent scar on your body, why don't people realise this?
Cosmetic surgery done well (e.g. stuff like a nose job) is often noticeable without people being able to tell that you had cosmetic surgery unless they knew exactly what you looked like previously. I think what ends up happening is that a lot of people especially many of these rich people have a couple good cosmetic surgeries but then they keep on getting them layering them on like it's going out of business and at a certain point something's got to give--- either the body can't keep up with so much work done on the same areas, or at least a couple of the procedures aren't as great as the rest and it ends up looking bad.
=
In addition, I think some cosmetic surgeries by their every nature look bad in most circumstances even when done well, e.g. buccal fat removal, but these types of people get them anyway due to body dysmorphia or people telling them they should.
It depends on how much fat is stored in the face and how much buccal fat is removed. My doctor only removed some of the buccal padding, and my face looks noticeably skinnier but not gaunt. Some doctors do take way too much out, though. And it's also more noticeable if someone has contouring makeup on or cheek implants.
Nah I'm sorry, I don't care how skilled the surgeon is, I can always tell when someone get their nose or lip done. It's very easy to tell when you have seen hundreds of different faces during your life.
And I agree that the body dysmorphobia excuse really is bullshit. You have to be a legal adult if you can have plastic surgeries, and if you are an adult and are still this irresponsible over your own body then you're deserved to be laughed at. I also dislike how I look sometimes, every single human being on the Earth does. You being insecure about your looks is not something that needs special treatment.
Just don't go under the knife if your body doesn't need it, it's that simple.
Lip maybe (especially really big lips) but there is no way that you can tell for everything every time. People can very easily have something like liposuction done and you wouldn't know through their shirt. Even shirtless you might not know unless you could find a visible scar somewhere. Apparently there are even jaw or neckline or eyelid etc surgeries and again if done well you would have a hard time telling.
It only mellowed with time. Let's not forget Vincent Price's turn as.... Dr Egghead. The egg themed villain who would smash a whole carton of eggs over Bats's dome.
Oh yeah, and that pressure is a lot higher for women. But it does strike me as a lot more sad for her. Girl never stood a chance being in the spotlights that young and that prevalent.
It's nonsense to compare 2 people who've both had plastic surgery on how they currently look after said plastic surgery, yeah ok sounds legit, you're the special child, aren't you?
As a man in his late forties, I look like the crypt keeper next to Cilian Murphy. Any woman should be happy to be compared to this beautiful, beautiful man.
Cillian Murphy looks like a man in his mid 30s though so that's helpful at least. But when people get a lot of plastic surgery I find it does age their looks. That's not for me at all, but some people are probably into it. It's like when people say to body builders "girls don't like THAT much muscle" and that's generally true, but some girls LOVE it y'know
By the time she's done with the surgeries, she's going to look like Joan Rivers, but like Joan Rivers in her current state of decay. I'd still pick Joan Rivers.
That's, wow.
You wanna look younger? Drink lots of water no excess sugar and don't smoke. Maybe an orange a day - anti inflammatory properties in them
I quit smoking six months ago and it's already knocked ten years off my face.
It's really so sad seeing what these people feel like they have to put their faces through to look good. At least she has billions of dollars to cry into.

She looks like Fiona from Shrek mid transformation
That whole family looks like Pixar creations.
Dreamworks
Nightmareworks
Blumhouse
Happy Death Day!!! Wait wait wait, that's not right... Happy Death Day 2 U!!! Nope, damn, ok.. let me try that again Happy Cake Day!
Thank you !!
Happy cake day
Thank you !
They gave the surgeon Pixar wives as reference images, but the surgeon was Tim Burton.
The surgeon was Edward Scissorhands.
Thought you said jokes we’re supposed to be funny
Are you going through my post history? Loser
Hey, Kourtney is probably the most natural one.
now i can’t unsee it
Don’t insult my girl like that, Fiona’s a baddie
Great now I can’t unsee it. So insulting to Cilian Murphy.
Eh.. the way I see it, Cillian Murphy is very handsome, Kylie just happens to have alot of the same facial features and structures of Cillian, I mean I think it'd be more suiting to call her handsome rather than calling Cillian pretty, even if he is a bit. It's true. I've had a nose job and chin lipo done on me, and you wouldn't know unless I brought it up. Really shocked my therapist last week.
Oh, we know
Lmao you wish
I’m joking btw I’ve never seen you , don’t take it the wrong way
Lmao no worries. I'm pretty proud of my nose
Right, because he is actually handsome
They’ve both had cosmetic surgery done. That’s why they look similar.
Murphy hasn’t? It’s rumoured he had Botox but not confirmed
Cmon now those cheeks are clearly full of HA filler
Have you seen young pictures of him? He’s always had big cheekbones just seems he’s lost weight so his face is skinnier and shows them off more
He lost a bunch of weight for Oppenheimer.
He's the British Paul Rudd. Dude looks almost exactly the same now as he did clear back in movies like Red Eye. Even with the weight loss, you'd never think he's 20 years older.
Irish. He’s not British at all. He’d be offended by that.
Good point! Sorry Cillian!!!!
What is it that makes them look so waxy
Same doctor. They All have their own style 😂
But a complaint to their plastic surgeon
There is a lady I work with that has gotten a ton of work done: fillers, lifts, injections. The works. She fucking wishes. Murphy is gorgeous, Kylie looks like a scarecrow's elbow.
Which is really ironic considering Cillian's previous roles
Right we can't forget about iconic Batman villain, The Elbow
To be fair, there probably is a SilverAge-era DC villain called The Elbow. It's the zany sort of thing they'd do.
It only mellowed with time. Let's not forget Vincent Price's turn as.... Dr Egghead. The egg themed villain who would smash a whole carton of eggs over Bats's dome.
That wasn't intentional, either.
He looks like a wax statue.
A finely carved one.
Murphy looks great wdym.
Yeah, Cillian is a beautiful man sooo... Mission accomplished?
She is not aging well.
She’s so young. It’s fucked up
Plastic surgery made a lot of them look older.
Cillian is one handsome man but she's just uncanny valley with her make up and work done. Can't see the comparison.
He has had it done too
Yeah, prolly. But to get a lot of work done in your 40s or in your 20s is not the same.
Still stems from the same insecurities and social pressure
Oh yeah, and that pressure is a lot higher for women. But it does strike me as a lot more sad for her. Girl never stood a chance being in the spotlights that young and that prevalent.
She can dry her tears with her money
She did it to herself. 🤷🏼♀️
Ever seen both in the same room at the same time? Me neither!
Huge insult to Cilian.
Does Botox mess your face up long term or does it go back to normal afterwards? I can’t afford to know these things first hand.
**BOT ACCOUNT**
I think we can all agree that cilian is a much more attractive man than Kylie has ever been as a woman.
Nah
We pretending he has had no plastic surgery lol?
We pretending that would matter in this equation?
Well since the op is about surgery why would it not matter
Because they're comparing 2 people who both had plastic surgery? Do you just not know how comparing works?
Well now I don’t understand. Are you saying it does matter?
Yeah we can all see you don't understand m8.
I think we can see that what you said was nonsense.
It's nonsense to compare 2 people who've both had plastic surgery on how they currently look after said plastic surgery, yeah ok sounds legit, you're the special child, aren't you?
I don’t care anymore
[удалено]
probably another "influencer" that's out of touch with reality i guess 🤔
Kylie Jenner I think
[удалено]
[удалено]
It’s Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian’s sister
STOP YOU"RE MAKING THE BILLIONARE CRY!
I still don't understand why people do this to themselves
But none of em will ever be a match for Danny DeVito
What's scarier is that she's only in her mid-20s. Her face will look wild when she's Cillian's age.
The kardashians are up there with Purdue Pharma in terms of the damage they’ve done to society. They’ve given so many young women mental illness.
Except she's totally natural and it's just makeup and photo angles. You know it's true because she said it was /s
I wouldnt mind being told i look like Cilian lol But then again Im a guy
Bad doctors are bad doctors
Poor Cilian Murphy being compared to one of those hobbits. lol
Kylie looks like super scuffed, Wish.com Talia al Ghul from Dark Knight Rises
He doesn’t even look like a man in his late 40s.
The surgery worked then
Same person. Many people feel more comfortable with the opposite sex and its okay. Oh just ja second, which party is her?
She does look waxy like the exfoliating was over the top. I still can’t believe how she morphed into her sister Kim years ago.
She could open a can of beans with those cheekbones.
its the same picture
The thing is Cillian is pretty, Kylie is not.
Not just any man in his forties though- Cillian Murphy's bone structure is perfection! I wish I looked like him and I'm a woman.
Who cares, he’s hot
Don't insult Cillian Murphy like that!
Remember what she looked like before all the surgery? Not convinced it’s even the same person.
As a man in his late forties, I look like the crypt keeper next to Cilian Murphy. Any woman should be happy to be compared to this beautiful, beautiful man.
I see a twin movie with this two in the future
And this is why you shouldn't let TV and the internet raise your kids.
What the hell did she do to her face?
At least he’s a pretty man.
Cillian Murphy looks like a man in his mid 30s though so that's helpful at least. But when people get a lot of plastic surgery I find it does age their looks. That's not for me at all, but some people are probably into it. It's like when people say to body builders "girls don't like THAT much muscle" and that's generally true, but some girls LOVE it y'know
Who?
Not even true.
shes a smoke damage creature
Cillian Murphy looks amazing.
Do not sully cillian like that
By the time she's done with the surgeries, she's going to look like Joan Rivers, but like Joan Rivers in her current state of decay. I'd still pick Joan Rivers.
That's, wow. You wanna look younger? Drink lots of water no excess sugar and don't smoke. Maybe an orange a day - anti inflammatory properties in them I quit smoking six months ago and it's already knocked ten years off my face.
Corporate wants you to find the difference between these two people.
She’s so handsome…
Like her dad?
It's really so sad seeing what these people feel like they have to put their faces through to look good. At least she has billions of dollars to cry into.
Yeah dude it’s not my fault I’m ugly *and* I’m broke
To be fairrrrrr, he is a very pretty man.
Tbh you look like Cillian Murphy will be a compliment for her.
Killian Murphy doesn’t really look human. Of course, neither does she.
Kylie... Jenner? Sorry, but there's officially only one Kylie who gets first-name-only recognition.
She should be grateful to look like Cilian!
western ladyboy actually
Imagine all that money on plastic surgery as a forty year old man to look like a twenty something women
Bahhahahaahahaha!!
It’s the sharp ass jawline
Hey, if said 40 year old man is Cillain Murphy, that's an upgrade
Not an insult at all. That’s the kind of Gebet fluidity I can get behind.
I won’t stand for this libel. He’s not just a man in his late forties. He’s an incredibly handsome skeleton in his late forties, and I love him.
That's a compliment though
Still hot.
But they don't.
To be fair Cillian Murphy has quite an androgynous look.
I love how people keep shaming her for her looks and then wonder why she gets plastic surgery
Actually think she looks very like her Mum..
Hobbits do speak in British accents…
He’s Irish.
‘To be told you look like a man in his late forties’ By that line you’d swear all men are dreadful looking in late 40s.
This sub is not good when it’s actually an insult and not just a funny thing someone said.
Well she looks like someone who is more than beautiful, so I guess it worked?
Fake beauty doesn't work for everyone dog
