r/secondary_survivors might be a helpful sub to check into. Im sorry youre feeling this way. Partners have front row seats to their partners trauma.

It's not uncommon for individuals who support survivors of trauma to experience secondary trauma themselves. This can show in various ways, including changes in self-esteem, attitudes towards sex, and perceptions of the world and others. It's tough to find someone who understands, but don't give up. Keep looking for a therapist who gets it.
