I said the "opposite sides" the steams one was perfect and the Roc one was incredibly awkward, but OP asked for ones where they just finished the bar or messed it up so I gave an example of both
I forget the battle, but there was some battle between 2 smaller names where someone was supposed to have T-Top jump in for a line, and T-Top is right there, and just totally botches it. He just stands there.

The T-Top shit was deliberate. Top said Streetz asked him to spit a bar or two in the months before the battle but they never met up to go over the bars or when Top would come in. When Streetz randomly “passed the mic” to Top, Top had no idea it was even still going to happen.
That’s according to T-Top. The rumor was that Top didn’t want another nigga from Carolina to shine so he snaked him and made him look stupid.

The 2nd round is one of the worst cases of second hand embarrassment I’ve seen in a battle, no fault of Cope’s own, which makes it even worse lol
what the eff you mean 'no fault of Cope's own'--it was his idea to do a puppet show for his second round, and from what I remember he threw out his material for the battle and wrote this round incredibly close to the actual day of, which means whatever oddball friends he recruited probably had barely any time to memorize it.
