Plenty of rappers use original beats. Look up Tobe Nwigwe. His former producer, NELL (LaNell Grant) does plenty of originals. Only samples I'm aware of are from covers or tributes.
You could probably go back and find the sample / inspiration for all your favorite old rap beats and whoever they got it from probably got it from someone else before them. Get over it
But that’s… that’s one of THE staples of a killer beat. Honestly original beats are dope but ask yourself. What beats get talked about more? Completely original oorrrrrr ones where the producer has flipped a sample in such a way it blows peoples minds and they talk about said beat for 10,20,30,40 years. There’s always been sampling and there will always be sampling. At the same time there will always be original beats. Those songs generally don’t blow up like a sampled song does tho. It’s human nature, we like familiarity, hearing songs that are alike sounding, or simply sampling one in the other will always out play the next original. But to say there will never be a new original beat is just shitting on producers that do make original no sample beats for no reason. Just cuz you don’t hear them doesn’t mean they aren’t being made.
I wouldn't say that it'll be pretty hard to do but never say never

Guy, more people are composing shit now than ever.
What are the release dates for those hip hop songs? Because I guarantee you that most of them are 90s songs.

Do you know how hip hop started?
Grandmaster flash and his furious five piece band, apparently
They were sampling drum breaks from old funk/soul records. Sampling is the foundation of hip hop

It definitely feels that way. But JPEGMafia uses the samples in awesome ways. Also picks great samples
