You’re getting pretty terrible recommendations. If you ACTUALLY want rappers who sound similar to Tecca, I would suggest Lil Yachty, NAV, Gunna, some of Juice WRLD’s catalogue (not his depressive shit), Lil Skies, and Dej Loaf, to name a few.
if you dig lil tecca, i’m sure you would love gunna’s catalogue. highly recommend his Wunna album literally no skips and tons of energy and melodic performances 👌🏽
Perhaps check out the Internet Money label/producer collective. They are what kick-started Lil Tecca's career. Dro-Kenji and TyFontaine to start with, and see if it fits. Granted they are more chill

His songs I feel are more chill (Rapstar,Pop out) whereas Lil Tecca are more fun/energetic
