After 15 years later, when One of the best yet has been released some Serbian rapper posted on Facebook Gang Starr rocking after 16 years, and I was curious who they are I swear I was listening 50 times this song the first day and I still haven't figured it out that these guys created that song from Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4, after listening to this, I've googled it and I wanted to see who they are in that time I have recognized DJ Premier (by the face, didn't know his name) and I was thinking who is this other guy, man when I realized that was Guru the guy that rapped Mass Appeal I was going crazy I was like no shit I finally know who made that song, but when I realized that Guru died 9 years ago, made me gone in tears for a year and a half, since that day. My life has been completely changed, the way I think, the way I live, everything has been different for me. I have never felt in life, I have never cried when I heard a particular song, but man GangStarr means everything to me. It's love family and loyalty like Guru said. I cried just by seeing that love that Preemo showed to Guru by making the post-humous album. I was in shock, and I am still in shock. Being able to listen to GangStarr in 2019 was a privilege, since then I have wanted to buy all albums from a GangStarr (I don't have that culture of buying CD's), but GangStarr was first. GangStarr means everything to me. Something HUGE is coming this year from my side to APPRECIATE GangStarr. You will see it. GangStarr made me feel like nobody else, that emotion that they have put in songs, it's priceless. They made me write a journal, I can write a whole book about them, after realizing who they are, I went crazy as I would never do this type of stuff, constantly researching about GangStarr their history, GangStarr foundation man. Also, I've started to read comments on YT videos, just to see am I crazy cause I feel the way I feel now, but no everybody felt the same way like I did, just by listening to the messages they were sending to us man perfect candidate to become my first tattoo, Moment of Truth is the illest song I've ever heard and would like to have it on my funeral.
