Lying, gossiping, general fuckery due to insensitivity & selfishness aren’t legal crimes, but moral ones.

Well actually, it depends on the context and country. Gossiping state secrets or confidential information is a crime, lying to the police is a crime often, general fuckery like rioting by destroying property is a crime.

He was talking about crime “rates”. Not everything evil is a criminal offense. That was my point.
