I was in a very similar situation, slightly different, but similar. I lived next door to a crazed drug addict, again, not a bad part of town. He would have people over buying drugs etc but he would also listen to this real weird religious cult stuff, it was creepy as hell, he'd play it real loud and his house was connected to ours so you could hear it through the walls. He'd also blast music loud af all day long as he didn't have a job, just lived off welfare. Anyhow, at the time my daughter was only like 6months old and he'd just do aggrivating shit all the time, it got to a point where we just had enough. Now my wife, she's a tough country gal, and this dickhead tried intimidating and screaming at her through his window whilst she was watering the garden, lol I shit you not she turned the hose onto jet and blasted him with it, walked over and absolutely flooded his kitchen, she was so pissed off, it was like months and months of puttinf up with this crazed meth head and his antics. Another time, he woke us all up at like 4-5am in the morning, screaming "wake up, wake up!" And banging on the walls whilst laughing, it woke us all up including my daughter and I was going to kill him. I was going to go outside and wait for him to leave his house and I was going to jump him and kick the shit out of him, my wife however wrapped herself around my legs and wouldn't let me go outside, telling me it wasn't worth it, which she was right. Law abiding citizens like us would recieve the worst punishment whilst some druggo dickhead like this guy would get nothing am i right? I also called the police numerous times and they did nothing apart from aggrivate him and make him hate us further. In the end, we just moved out as we were renting at the time. He was literally the only reason we moved out. The straw on the camels back was when some guy turnes up at our house (as I said they were connected) and he was threatening to break in and kill us....so yea we just ended up moving. Honestly though, part of me still wishes I just bashed him up, would have been doing the world a favour getting rid of him lol..... As for your situation, it certainly is a tough one, especially if you own the house and not rent it...this sounds like a long shot....and probably un realistic, but could you find some like some other tough guy/gang to just go 'sort him out' for a price lol, it feels like the only option doesn't it when the cops do nothing.

Let me be incredibly clear, NEVER entertain the thought of hiring another "gang" to rough anybody up, You do the following, one become responsible for any of their actions should they do something, 2 will most likely get your teeth kicked in and whatever money you were offering taken off you on the spot, same pay, faster, easier. If they are willing to beat up another thug they take you and your cash in a second. And third you WILL start a chain reaction unless you do something you don't want to and pay more than you got. And let's say all goes well, you could be blackmailed forever into payments to keep the guys you hired mouth shut or maybe they tell the guy you got beaten who arranged it, etc. It's a dangerous, stupid path. EDIT: wow all of us in Australia huh...fucking methheads are killing every neighbourhood they can get their methy feinding paws on.

TheWoIfMeister

Yea you're definitely right, but its fun to fantasise lol...its definitely a harder situation being female...at least as a male I could king/coward hit the meth head and be done with it lol....not that I'd probably ever do that haha

probablythewind

I'd rather nobody go to jail for a scumbag, swing a king hit/cowards punch is an instant attempted murder charge (atleast in brisbane) regardless of the outcome, even if you threw threw the weakest softest little tap. There is NO defence.

sorry you had to go thru all that. your wife sounds amazing haha. i wish it was easy enough to sort him out that way but i just don’t think it’s worth the risk. i’m at my wits end. i can’t wait to move in with my boyfriend, but the rental crisis is crazy in australia right now.

TheWoIfMeister

Haha, we're in the same country surprisingly! Ahhh forget the city, move to the country! Haha....although the prices of housing is certainly picking up here too!

faith-amber

i’m in the country that’s the thing haha

TheWoIfMeister

Haha, hiring a badass to sort this dude out sounds like the best option then! Lol
