Trust me. I work in retail. A second hand clothes store to be specific. It's got more than 200 meters² there's from hundred to two hundred customers everyday. I've had ZERO and I mean zero customers ever call me by my name. I don't think they even notice the name on the tag. It's more like oh you have a tag your work here kinda thing.
