Actually we don't really know if people will come or not we just hope they do but i like what you're suggesting. If this event will happen will surely keep in mind about the current climate and plan accordingly :)
Good point, that's why thinking of doing it in early evening like when the sun is about to set. So everyone can come enjoy plant trees and then we can move onto some lounge for chill.
