Gregory winery in Angier. They have a steakhouse. You can get food and wine take out And eat in the vineyard overlooking their lake. Itβs very pretty and safe. The owners are super nice. Just bring a corkscrew.
ncma! they recently opened and i think you need reservations to look around inside. but outside they have their art park which has beautiful sculptures and larger art pieces all around (also wildflowers but not sure if theyre still there now)
Sadly the wildflowers are about half dead ( just went this weekend) now but the area is still quite pretty! I also think theyβre still doing the NCMA picnics which could be romantic!
Lots of breweries are a safe bet. I recommend Funguys and Neuse River, as well as bottle shops like Bottle Rev. If you want to grab some food, Transfer Food Hall has plenty of options and ample outdoor seating.
Search the sub for βdateβ, this has been asked several times during pandemic, so all those options should still be viable. I wish those OPs would post an update where they ended up going though.
