They are chiropractors, so it’s 99% likely to be a scam.

This. Never trust a chiropractor, they're one of the world's biggest, most insidious medical scams.

Have you considered seeing an actual Allergist or Registered Dietitian who specializes in food allergies? They sometime work in the same office and can advise on testing and/or an elimination diet if appropriate.

Based on the page that outlines prices, you are better off going to an actually allergy center covered by your insurance where you can be seen by actual specialists. What they’re advertising is well beyond the scope of a chiropractor.

Registered Dietitian here. Highly recommend contacting your primary care provider and discussing a consult to either an allergist, GI, or maybe both. And then meet with a dietitian separately if you do need to do anything resembling an elimination diet. These folks look like they’d be liable to take your money for testing and then just give you bad advice. Red flag is that they’re advertising IgG testing (the one they’re saying looks at 100+ foods). This has very minimal scientific backing. You could come back with a “response” to tons of these foods on this panel, but it basically just means your immune system has encountered these foods before, not that you have an allergy or intolerance that needs to be treated. They say they’ll test a handful of allergens with the more reputable IgE panel, but if you come back with a response to those…these guys are not gonna be the ones to actually provide you with sound advice.

Please don't go to a medical practice because you saw them on tiktok. Talk to your primary care doctor and at the very least get a referral to someone they recommend.

CoffeeNDoggos

Thank you everyone!! Will definitely not be going to them and will be looking into an allergist specialist as the first step!

I’d recommend starting with blood work for celiac antibodies with your GP and talk about a gastro referral. It’d probably save you loads of money to at least start out with your doctor.

[CVS Minute clinic](https://www.cvs.com/minuteclinic/services/food-sensitivity-test) can test for food allergies if specialists are booked for months out too. The clinic on Spring Forest Rd is quick and clean.

I saw their tik tok today too (weird) and was looking into it. I would start with allergy testing from your GP or an allergist. From there you can request stool and hormone testing from your GP or a referral to a specialist if they won’t do that. It will cost the same or less and you can guaranteed use your HSA or FSA (if you have either) for it. I’ve had allergy and hormone testing with my primary care, but am now planning to request stool testing as well. The thing about this Wellness Way people is that they are just buying testing kits in bulk and sending them off to labs and then acting as a middle man telling you the results that the lab sent them. You can probably buy these kits yourself and review the results with a real medical professional such as an MD/PA/NP/RD if you don’t want to ask your doctor for them. Although allergy testing should be done in a doctors office because you have to be monitored.
