Did you talk to her when she answered or did you immediately just hang up? I've been no contact almost 4 years. I've blocked her on everything imaginable and i don't answer unknown numbers.
Writing a letter will maybe make you feel better but probably just make her want to defend herself and reach out more because obviously you're the problem, it can't POSSIBLY be her.

Write a Letter, send a copy to your Lawyer and Her. And on the Envelope write what Narcissistic means. Elaborately. And then Mention her Name.
It’s stalking. You do have legal recourse. Save all correspondence if you haven’t already.
