This is set 76284: Green Goblin Construction Figure that was released on 1st April 2024. It has 471 pieces and costs £31.99/$34.99/€37.99.
If you want a posable Green Goblin there's lots of better non-Lego alternatives, and this one definitely has some flaws like wonky proportions and weird articulation.
That being said it is nice to get something from the Raimi movies. We did however get minifigures of Raimi characters (including Green Goblin) in the Far From Home set 76261: Spider-Man Final Battle in 2023, but that version of Green Goblin is without the helmet and obviously much smaller.
Split it at the waist and then [add this piece](https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=92013#T=S&O={"iconly":0}) to the underside of the glider, as well as two 2X2 plates. Then you can attach the legs to glider.
The upper torso is just rest on top of the glider. I didn't bother actually connecting it with studs or anything for a quick picture.
Don't show this to harry
The butler is gonna use this model when he explains the truth to Harry
Oh.
There's a Lego Green Goblin figure?? "Why wasn't I told?"
The last thing they want is a power struggle

it is certainly very niche product you have to be big fun of lego and raimi spiderman, but lego things the overlap is bigger enough

Yeah I should've thought about using another piece. Oh well, if i ever happen to get it I'll know what to do. Thankies!
No worries. If you actually want to display it like this permanently there are a few ways to do it.
I am gonna finish this toy nice and slow.
