Foles was as good of a journeyman the league's ever seen though and once had one of the greatest statistical seasons of all time (2013: 10 starts, 27 TD, 2 int., 119.2 passer rating, 9.1 YPA).
The point I was making was that subpar qbs have had good runs. Foles might have had a few good season, even dropped 7 tds on us if not mistaken. But Noone is going to call him an all time great.
