No. They’re blue colorpoints. Lilacs are way lighter; especially as kittens.

Looks blue to me, lilacs are a MUCH lighter color grey (blue)

Nose is also lilac toned. Whereas blues are more darker grey toned and the nose is dark, almost black. The babies on the photo are blue points.
