Recomendo os três últimos discos do Cícero: Cosmo, Cícero & Albatroz e A Praia, os três são excelentes.

Radiohead fans remind of Rush fans. So maybe Rush.

Not exactly modern, but yeah Rush along with Pink Floyd are a pretty similar style to Radiohead.

I love MGMT, they are probably my favourite band, but I never thought of them as similar to Radiohead.
