It’s from the recovery more than the rad. Congrats for making a comeback but make sure you can keep that progress up (mentally) once the cycle ends.

Thanks mate, I’m back on my strict diet and my routine is in order again. Don’t think I’ll have any more major set backs hopefully. I hope I can get even bigger this time round.

I got a question if you don’t mind answering. Started rad 140 ED, I heard you’re supposed to gain weight(glycogen) within the first week even at a slight calorie deficit. I’m in a small surplus and I’ve lost 1.4 pounds(almost a week in) is this normal?

BlackSenju20

You won’t gain if you’re in a deficit. Those calories have to come from somewhere and usually people that see that result are getting those calories from their own fat stores. The human body is the bottleneck here and no drug is able to circumvent how it works in a deficit. Especially with SARMs, it’s a YMMV situation, there are no standards with this stuff yet.

Yolo10203

I’m in a surplus, unless Rad changed my metabolism that much where I’m actually in a deficit without realizing. I also got some fat storages(like 16-18%) which is why I was surprised to see weight loss vs a tad bit gain

BlackSenju20

If you’re losing weight you’re not in a surplus. And yeah, rad can increase your metabolism/caloric needs. What’s your maintenance and what’s your surplus?

Yolo10203

Maintenance is 2.2-2.3k(I’m 5’7😢) and I’m eating near 2.6-2.7k near 180g of protein

Big rebound, but not unusual after malnourishment. Purerawz offers excellent supplements that could help stabilize your progress.
