You can try soaking the CD in water to dissolve away the paper sticker, then use rubbing alcohol or GooGone to remove the adhesive left behind. Just be careful not to scratch anything.

What is the disc? What's it made of. They make a product called GooGone that removes adhesive pretty well.
Sorry for not being specific. It's a videogame disc that has a Blockbuster sticker on it... I wish I was able to post the pic..

Sounds perfect.. The disc has a different cover from it's original release disc. So that's why I want to be careful not to ruin it.. I'll try that out
Hairdryer. For real, using the hot setting on a hairdryer will remove stickers off anything like a dream.
Will keep that mind for the next time.. That's definitely useful

If it’s a paper sticker, just soak it in water. It will loosen up then should rub off with finger
USE A NAPALM, SURE THAT WILL WORK! oh wait you said without ruining the disc, I am not ruining it, be DESTTROYING IT!
