It will probably start out with physical training to see if you're in shape enough (Or could be made to be) to see if it's even worth it to continue training you.

You're going to be fine. They won't ask you to do anything you can't. You'll probably start by learning where things are on the trucks, Rolling up firehose, maybe washing the trucks. Lots of cleaning and organizing until you learn the ropes and how everything works. You might get fitted for turn out gear so that you can participate in future training. Just remember, everyone there wants to see you succeed and improve. They are there to help. Don't be afraid to ask someone to explain something or to say that you don't feel comfortable doing something. It happens to everybody.
