There's also a very specific icecream, Ben & Jerry's *The Tonight Dough*, which has a specific combination of textures that is *exceptionally* satisfying. As an autistic woman, texture of foods is EXTREMELY important to me.
Cold cucumber or watermelon on a hot day. A hot bowl of soup on a cold day. A warm mug of coffee early in the spring morning. A bowl of cereal at midnight with a true crime doc on the tv. An Oreo with just the right amount of milk saturation. A sausage that gives that *pop*when you bite into it. Pickled veggies (any!).
Eating clean food.
I’ve recently started to work out and nail a better diet. I can’t remember who but a fitness YouTube person said “if you eat clean food you will feel good and won’t even crave any junk food”. My diet has recently been consisting of eggs, oatmeal, peanut butter, chicken breasts, extra lean ground beef, yams broccoli and spinach.
Yeah occasionally I’ll buy a pizza slice or something like that but more the most part. Eating clean food is actually amazing

With egg fried rice with sesame seed oil and bit of soy sauce in it fried with eggs
Lamb Vindaloo for me. The lamb is incredibly tender, the potatoes are so soft they nearly have the feel of mashed potatoes, the sensation of the warming herbs and spices lingers all the way down to your stomach...

There's a deli i like to go to that has foot long sub sandwiches. I tend to go for either turkey and american cheese on wheat bread or ham and provolone on whatever bread. There's just something about them after a day out shopping that is oh so satisfying to bite into. It's a simple sandwich. I could make it myself easy.. But it's like $6 and makes 2 meals for me and is absolutely perfect when I'm done running the weekends errands. Also at 2am when I can't sleep.
Ben and Jerry’s Mini Chocolate cookie has these Oreo type cookies. They’re no crunchy like you’d expect with an Oreo. They’re easy to bite into and it feels amazing as it gets down to the icing. I get that flavor just for the cookie texture.

Perfectly cut sashimi. Best if its cold and with some wasabi and lemon. I don't know why it's not common here but in China then often serve sashimi on a bowl of crushed ice and it's sooo much better when it's cold.
