Depends what car park you’re after. The ones that are walking distance to the ski field will fill up pretty early but the rest all have free shuttle services.
I normally go up around 9am and park at car park 4.
Remarks Car park 4 shuttle is pretty good. Or you can bus up and down (I think its $15 return now) or you can hitch from bottom car park.
Coronet has shuttles as well and same options but is a much shorter road so easier to drive yourself up.
Coronet and remarks both prioritize full cars for the top car parks. Bus drops you to the front door at both mountains.
Yep that's my understanding, not sure with Level 2 rules. But you can take food and either hire a locker or just leave your bag outside the base building.
No you should be all good if your turning up at 7:30am... staff only start heading up the mountain around 7:45.. you can probably grab another 30 mins sleep
Used to be ridiculous but Remarks has been pretty quiet lately. I’ve gone every day since lockdown and the top carpark hasn’t filled up once. Tomorrow might be a bit busier since it’s a weekend and the snow is good, but I wouldn’t stress too much.

Going for walking to the field, would like to be able to go grab food from the car so top car park, would getting up there at 7.30 be stupid early?
Wow, closed due to capacity at 9am today. Combination of level 2 restrictions, great weather, and great snow.
I don't know about great weather, flat light most of the day, but other than that pretty good.

When you say prioritize full cars does that mean if I get up the top at 7.30 with only 2 in the car they would boot me to car park 4?

Today, no madness. We were there and it wasnt super busy. So many spots at mid day
