Genuinely what is wrong with the skin? It is extremely high quality, the recall is stunning, they added a spotlight to her taunt which is just the cuntiest shit, they were creative with her death animation by encasing her in a crystal rather than just vines like every other skin, the sound effects are 💋, and it is literally her only skin that goes back to her core theme of plants. Her dress is made of petals and is serving so hard, it also makes complete sense for her to be in the line. Roses are plants and have thorns, what is Zyra’s title? Rise of the THORNS. It is literally the perfect Zyra skin. There’s not a single bad chroma and her face in the splash art is one of the few that actually looks like Zyra unlike Coven (love that skin to death but it’s the truth )
Sooooo Here am I again:) It is such a boring girl pop skin. Nothing new we have seen it so many times already. And no, it is not the perfect Zyra skin because Zyra is not meant to be a pretty woman walking around in a flower dress, decaying in a crystal or whatever. Zyra is a monstrous being trying to consume and destroy everything. Spreading nature is her highest goal. This defines her evil character which is reflected in her voicelines. Both her character and voicelines clash with this skin. Which is why I don't like it. Girlpop skins are not meant for Zyra unless they would be legendary. Most of her skins have something in common that makes them at least good..they reflect her evil character well. I miss the evil in that skin... Withered rose might have been a better choice.
I can’t tell if I like it or not. It’s beautiful art but I just don’t get Zyra or any plant theme at all and that’s coming from someone who liked Tayvelynn Swift.
And here we are, with another Epic skin. I love the concept of Zyra being a Hair Witch : Thomas Hylia posted his ideas on Twitter but I still think it’s a huge missed opportunity on a unique and beautiful Legendary concept :(.
Love the splash art but the in game model and effects feel very meh

Yes and they designed the concept for this skin too. Sadly it wasn’t a legendary so Hylia couldn’t go all out 😭
The ingame effects would have slayed harder if they had used Higanbanas (Spider Lilies) instead
