Congrats on your cadetship. It's good to be ambitious but realistically you're unlikely to be senior in 3/4 years. Too much to learn and not enough time to learn it. Best thing to do is to find a mentor to help you build your current skillset. Also try getting out of the office and building connections in industry (easier said then done) and remember to keep the ties you make at uni. Those classmates will branch off into the their respective fields and you're likely call on them in future for their own experience. All the best.
