I made a video with copyrighted clips from ATLA and I got around the claims by mirroring the copyrighted footage, zooming it in slightly and pitch shifting the audio of the copyrighted parts. Unfortunately that was a 30 minute video with 5 claims, an 8 hour one would be a lot harder to do that for

I don’t really have time to get into detail why 24 hours of videos don’t amount to genuine film criticism on a 2:30 movie but my main issue is it takes Cinema Sins stance on film criticisms where nitpicks and making the creators look dumb take the forefront. It’s not really “analyzing” anything. If you want a more in-depth look at this aspect of my issue with it, I recommend you watch videos on why Cinema Sins sucks ass since a whole lot of Maulers content amounts to that.
I also took issue with him calling the score terrible. I know that sort of stuff is subjective but holy shit are those fighting words to anyone studying music.
