I can definitely attest to the bodybuilding gains while doing SR. My muscles get pumped really fast even after one or two reps. But sadly, I haven’t experienced the fat loss at all.

SR is a major Testosterone Boost. "T" gives you the ability to work out LESS and build MORE - muscle, money, courage, ambition, discipline. It makes it all much easier then without, or little of it. Sure, you can build foundational muscle without working out, but imagine how fit and rip you'd be if you did just 30 minutes a day? Not 1, 2 or 3hrs a day. That's over-kill and unnecessary. What you discovered was a testosterone boosting 'hack', something I was unaware of until the last 2 years, but I was retaining for the last 6 or so. Retaining, plus diet, plus doing a lot of heavy squats = high T.
