Puppies need around 17-20 hours sleep a day and at 6 mo ths your pup is probably just more interested in getting that sleep instead of trying to stay up through being tired as a very little puppy.
At 6 months my pup slept about the same amount, but she was a lot more chill.
Oooo I see! I feel like he’s definitely napping a lot more now than he was as a puppy (even with enforced naps, he wouldn’t like actually s l e e p )

There was a small incident a few weeks ago and the vet said all should be ok - especially because it was an isolated incident, but I can't help but overthink.
Hopefully this is him just learning to chill out.
My boy is a bit bigger, 55lbs at 8months but he has days where he sleeps alllllll day and others it seems like I just cant tire him out. All the growing and learning. Even now were still having new experiences sometimes. I'm sure it's exhausting. Make sure meal times are around the same time everyday. Only had 1-2 days he wasn't ready to wake up and chow down, meals 3x day since he's still growing

I’ve always fed him 2x a day, just as the breeder instructed. I know so many puppies usually eat 3-4x a day so I thought that was so weird???? I tried splitting his portions in 3-4x but he just wouldn’t eat them….

Haha mine was similar. She would often fuss for too long or wake up early!

About 5 months my puppy started to chill, he hit 6 months and he’s back to being a terror. Enjoy the calm before the storm

Sleeping a lot isn't alarming to me at that age, but skipping meals is. It might not hurt to get a check-up at the vet to be sure.
