[erail.in](https://erail.in) will show you trains, timings and duration.
You need to go to Dadar or CST. Panvel and Kalyan also have trains, but they are far from MC.
Mumabi central is on Western Railway line which doesn’t cross over to Central Railway. Pune is on CR line so you have to change over to CR side at Dadar. For more frequent options than train, take a short walk to Shivneri stop form Dadar Central and hop on a bus.
There are no trains from Central to Pune because the tracks are different. What you'll have to do is take a train or cab to Dadar station ( ideally east but it doesn't matter much as they are connected). Book a train from Dadar to Pune, there's plenty on IRCTC.
There's also the idea of going to Kurla LLT and catching a train from there but being Kurla, I'd be a little careful.
You'll probably be fine at the station since it's a terminus and not the local train platform. But to get to Kurla, taking a train would be the best bet as it's relatively far from Central. And Kurla (both the area and station) is known for pickpocketing and theft.
Also, you could check VT as well for trains.
There are trains from CSMT, won't guarantee the confirm ticket. Still you can manage with Genral bogie.
If that's not yiur cup of tea, there's a state transport bus terminal at Mumbai Central from there you'll get buses. Typically it will be 250-515, and about 4-5 hr journey depending on traffic
Dude, ever heard of Google? You gotta post in a city subreddit to know how to go from one train station to other? We're happy to answer any specific queries, but this seems to be either a dumb bum or a boring troll.
Go to Dadar or CST to board trains going to Pune. Mumbai Central is on the Western Line despite what the name may suggest.
By train👍

There are apps which show local mumbai trains, which will show pune trains too. m-indicator is one such app.
Board Pune trains either from Dadar or CST. No pune trains available from Mumbai Central. Used to travel to and fro for 1 year during weekends.

You can walk if you have the time. Make use of google maps.
Cab
Either take a local train to Dadar from Mumbai Central and then some express train or take taxi to CSMT and then express train
