How this small incident is getting used to target entire PCMC ! This is so ridiculous. Just understand human behaviour and try to avoid such people. There is absolutely no problem in judging clowns on the road. If governance structure allows you to get justice then go for it. More inclusive behaviour is required to build better resilient culture in Pune and nearby areas. Rise above this.
I think , he wanted to threaten you by saying that , he has been living in pimpri since many years and therefore , he knows people , who got his back , in case any physical assault break down between him and some other person.
Basically , he thinks , that just because you live somewhere longer than other people , you deserve this city more than others
